Mental Health Awareness Day, May 30th, is a special day for Benjamin Franklin Middle School to shine a light on the importance of emotional well-being. It’s a time to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma, and remind students, staff, and families that mental health matters just as much as physical health. Through activities, we are raising awareness for everyone in the school community to prioritize their mental health and seek help when needed.
